The Vortex High Country II Tripod Kit is an aluminum leg tripod with a 2-way pan head. The legs have 3 sections with flip lever locks. The head is single lever control and has an ARCA-SWISS quick release socket and plate, which allows for sliding the spotting scope back and forth to achieve optimum balance.
